Swiss Water method of decaffination, this involves no chemicals and instead uses a natural 8 hour soak in water ro remove caffeine, it is then repeatly carbon filtered until 99.9% of caffeine is removed.
 
Important Note: Our Coffee Grind is set to 'French Press' by default, if you wish for an 'Espresso Grind' please indicate so in the "Notes from Buyer" and we will grind for Espresso extraction for you.
